概述
LG5A型40毫米半自动空炸榴弹发射器系统配备机械瞄具、白光瞄准镜、光电瞄具，发射BGJ5型40毫米狙击破甲杀伤弹及其他40×53毫米系列弹药。以两脚架抵肩射击为主，也可三脚架驻地射击，主要用于杀伤600米内坚固工事内有生目标，毁伤800米内轻型装甲目标，压制800米内火力点，杀伤2200米内集群有生目标。

The LG5A 40mm semi- automatic air-blast grenade launcher system is equipped with mechanical sight, white light sight and photoelectric sight. It can fire BGJ5 40mm sniper armor-breaking anti-personnel grenades and other 40×53mm series ammunition. It is mainly used to shoot against the shoulder with a bipod, and it can also be used to shoot on a tripod. It is mainly used to kill and damage living targets within 600 meters of fortified fortifications, damage light armored targets within 800 meters, neutralize fire points within 800 meters, and kill and damage cluster living targets within 2,200 meters.
